Mr Dilanchian is a business and
intellectual property law specialist with over 25 years experience. He has
lectured and conducted study trips in the United
States, Malaysia,
Singapore, Germany, United
Kingdom, New
Zealand and other countries. He has
published over 75 articles and prepared many reports for government on law and
IT. He helped found the Ndarala Group, is a former President of AIMIA
(www.aimia.com.au), and served on the Business Law Committee of the Law Society
of NSW from 2000-2005 and on IT advisory committees for the Commonwealth and
State Governments.

Mr Belshaw is CEO of the Ndarala Group which
has 38 professional practices in four countries. He was a senior economist and
policy adviser in the Australian Government, following which in 1987 he
established a strategic consulting practice. He has managed over 300
assignments for 100 clients with a particular focus on strategic planning,
business creation and improvement, and organisational development. He is an
expert facilitator, trainer (with a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace
Training) and keynote speaker. He is author of over 30 papers, co-author of one
book and presenter at over 200 conferences.
