Noric Dilanchian established Dilanchian in 2000. His prior experience as a lawyer was in national and medium-sized law firms and before that with Angus & Robertson Publishers.

Anton Joseph's commercial law career spans over 20 years, a wide breadth of businesses, and legal practice in Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. Throughout, his focus has been on investment and taxation law, complemented by his knowledge of mathematics.

Ai Ling has a Diploma in Accounting from The London Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Currently she is undertaking a Master of Business majoring in Accounting at the University of Technology, Sydney.
